Venture Custom Pools Reveals First New Office of Expansion Plan

Venture Custom Pools has announced expansion plan, starting with a new office in Waxahachie. The company says this is first of several new offices that will expand its offerings in the coming months

Dallas, Texas--(Newsfile Corp. - February 21, 2023) - Venture Custom Pools, a builder of swimming pools and backyard retreats in North Texas, has announced that it will open a new office in Waxahachie in February 2023. The new office is the first phase of the company's expansion effort in the region.

The Waxahachie office is located in a brand-new building, and will host in-house designers and a showroom, in which clients can view 3D computer models of the proposed pool or outdoor living project. The showroom also has physical samples of materials available that clients can choose from, including hard-to-find components sourced from overseas.

According to Steven Deering, co-owner of Venture Custom Pools, the Waxahachie office is the first of several upcoming locations in the region. Venture Custom Pools has been handling projects in Waxahachie and surrounding areas for quite some time, but opening the new office will allow the company to better serve clients in the area, providing more personalization for pool builds and quicker service times. Deering says that the new office will have an immediate positive impact on the business, with an expected growth rate of between 10 and 15% in the first year, following its opening.

Venture Custom Pools has more than 60 years' experience in designing and building straight line pools, free form pools, commercial pools, and spas, as well as outdoor living spaces in the Dallas-Fort Worth region of Texas. It builds pools for residential and commercial clients, as well as providing pool renovation services. Steven Deering and his brothers are part of the business' third generation of pool builders, and the family is looking to take the company to further heights.

Venture Custom Pools has been recognized by a national pool and spa publication as one of the top 50 pool builders in the United States, as well as a Google Guaranteed Service Provider, having passed a screening and verification process. The company also works with various local, national, and industry-specific associations. Deering says these recognitions are important, as Texas does not require any licensing for pool builders, despite the complex nature of the construction project.
